Anyway to make Siri not "sleep"?

every time use siri in mornings fails, appears takes long establish connection apple servers. bothers me know going have repeat myself first time use siri in while. happens after period of time of not using siri.

has happened guys , there way prevent this?

 

hands free control keeps siri in low-power listening mode.
