alright, background, i'm college student living in dorms. internet connection here uses login system works fine macbook pro , android phone, doesn't work other things kindle or 3ds - don't recognize security type , won't let me connect.
used have windows 7 laptop, , there's little utility win7 called connectify let's take wifi connection you're using , share through wifi - set wpa connection through laptop 3ds , kindle access.
however, os x doesn't seem support feature, , lets share ethernet connection through wifi, , won't let share wifi connection through wifi. room doesn't have ethernet jack (yes, know, it's incredibly irritating) option wifi.
there app or utility os x let me share wifi connection mbp connected through wifi? it's annoying having absolutely no way access internet on kindle , 3ds , i've been searching everywhere way restore connection win7 offered me before.
i'm pretty sure it's not possible due hardware limitations b/c there's no way connected 2 wifi connections simultaneously 1 antenna. sorry bro.
may possible cheap usb wifi stick , way however.
