Alternative to using remove background?

have share of battery issues iphone 4s, typically use remove background quite in effort maximize battery life throughout day.

i'm getting little tired of having double-click home button time , wondering if there other jailbreak apps may perhaps close out apps when i'm done using them don't have manually.

why don't let ios work it's supposed to? apps in background not active , not use cpu cycles. thing use ram , closed whenever application needs ram. 4s has amazing battery life , don't worry apps running.
