-54 Error While Syncing

i've update ipod ios 5.1 , while im trying sync itunes, several times 54 error appear sync has no problem , complete without problem.
there solution?

 

i'm having same problem. sync goes threw afterward under photo's tab syncing photos automatically uncheck photos go on phone. please help.
