Spire on Iphone 4S

i accidentally installed spire on iphone 4s. saw installing , rebooted phone because didn't want it. loaded cydia on reboot , uninstalled it. next time tried use siri said must configure spire , in settings. installed , deleted it. have voice control when try use siri. way repair without restore?
if not, restore , set phone new. did notice phone has used less battery morning. siri new hacks out.
