2010 Mac Pro RAM, Heatsinks?

im ordering ram (2x4gb) 2.8 quad 2010 mac pro , cheapest deal can find 1 http://www.amazon.de/ap_ecc1066d3_4...q9sc/ref=sr_1_7?ie=utf8&qid=1326736739&sr=8-7

wondering heatsink things on them. know ram work difference metal thing make? these sticks have "heatsinks" because says servers, in ram stressed more , therefore needs more cooling?
should stay away these modules if possible?
