i have 2011 mbp w/ 16gb ram...i've been using external monitor while through dp in clamshell mode. shutdown laptop, it's sleeping. well, after while, system slows down (seems graphics card forgets run in full speed) , when use mission control, open folders, etc...all animations slow.
ideas?
clear out on reboot?
i'd suspect system process memory leak personally.
