ScrollView hotkey in storyboard

i watched following video , saw guy scroll uiscrollview in storyboard using gesture. how did this?!?!?

not sure if there's hotkey (then again, don't use storyboard)...all did scroll select 1 of cells, use 2 fingers on macbook pro scroll. need have enough scroll, otherwise won't (not bounce).
