Premiere discount from AT&T data plan

is there discount on ipad data plans premiere customers. 20% off at&t iphone , same on ipad data plan push towards it.

have preordered 64 gb wifi , 32 gb at&t model. not sure keep. coming 32 gb ipad 2 managed space on, had gb available when sold it. considering 3g because moving london , traveling africa unlocked ipad come in handy. have unlocked 3gs use. opinions on matter appreciated.

 

obviously should call at&t, ones can give definitive answer account.
