Please help with crop/straightening bug in Aperture 3.2.2

hi everyone. before updating aperture 3.2.2, if straightened image before cropped it, image remain straight. in aperture 3.2.2, image becomes rotated when want crop it. example attached below.

remember bug in previous update aperture, has reappeared on computer. idea how fix problem?

this not bug. how supposed work. straightening means rotate image within predefined frame (the actual dimensions of original photo). after trying crop within constraints. apertur 3 shows corners of original photo rotated to.. nothing else.

don't see how bug. allows see had rotate before etc..
