Piracy Slashed, Sales Fall?!?

france leading anti piracy charge @ moment. new law has apparently reduced piracy 66%. yet surprisingly (to @ least ) media sales have not improved.

good point makes me think: cause doesn't equate lost sales, make ok? in other words, there have victim there crime?
