New iPad camara question

hey everyone, i'd start of saying new ipad awesome happy upgraded... question camara, when record on , play plays in middle of screen , has black on ether sides, iphone seems there anyway make record full screen? plus me ipad post pictures taken new camara , video can check out quality, not used mine yet
