iphone 4 reset time?

i bought iphone 4 , had reset whole phone clear factory settings when arrived. since clicked reset, has been giving me spinning wheel. 16gb iphone says full. it's 2 hours later i'm wondering if typical or if should try restoring itunes? thanks! sorry if has been asked before

 

if jailbroken shouldn't have reset/wiped on phone wont work.

need put dfu mode , restore , running again
