Custom theme guide - ssh

i know how use themes/icons on 4s, not used via winterboarder.

have not done of file changes have read about, , think i'm ready venture there!

have installed ifile, , openssh. still need pc software, whats called?

if can walk me through file replacement process (or point me resource read), such directories, files what, ect.
