Change Name on "used" macbook "Home" Folder?

hello everyone,

needing bit of here. made switch pc mac today. bought mid 2007 used mb.

how change name of "home" folder?

looks guy bought wiped data hard drive,but home folder (home icon) still has last name on it. try change it, greyed out. far, after searching forums, haven't found solution change it. if help, appreciate it.
