Apple Sued over 'Misleading' Advertising in Siri Depictions

the wall street journal reports apple target of new lawsuit iphone 4s customer claims company engaged in "misleading , deceptive" advertising in promoting siri personal assistant feature device. plaintiff, frank fazio, alleges apple's depictions of siri in advertising suggest ease of use claims not present in real-world usage.
the class action lawsuit seeks unspecified damages apple , court order preventing apple engaging in further misleading advertising related feature.

apple has not responded publicly lawsuit, company has repeatedly noted on website , elsewhere siri beta feature. while apple releases beta products public, did in case of siri in order build library of voice input needs improve siri's voice recognition capabilities. beta label has not stopped apple extensively promoting siri, making key part of iphone 4s marketing iphone 4s launch event website television advertising.

won't it's entirely useless, i'll manually play song, google restaurant i'm looking for, etc., without waiting see if siri got right.
