Worth Ave Group aka ipadInsurance Denied Theft Claim

so purchased policy in 2010 , @ time looked @ chart similar being displayed here , said oh cover theft great...

in december 2011 car broken into... 1 of items stolen ipad center console , navigation system. thought covered..... worth ave group, aka ipadinsurance.com denied claim due no forced entry. in policy requires forced entry.

think worth ave group needs truth in marketing product comparison chart makes though offer same coverage safeware... yet don't

had security footage showing them getting in car.

after showing worth ave group footage still denied claim due no forced entry.


contacted safeware said approve claim if had had policy them. theft theft , long have police report covered.


so, although have send bunch of people worth ave group/aka ipadinsurance aka nssi no longer can feel better product greater coverage out won't leave or me empty handed when / if time comes when need file claim.

tbh, leaving car unlocked ipad in centre console sort of asking it. expecting household insurance cover burglary when left front door open - won't.
