UK Ipad 4g Personal Hotspot

has else in uk managed personal hotspot work?

have t-mobile data sim on £15 month data plan, got them add tethering £5 month, not sure if correct or not nothing showing in settings personal hotspot.

i've reset network connections couple of times see if pulls down new network settings nothing.

need bit of want working...:

 

dear all,

resolve problem should complete following steps:

1. download operators list here
2. modern profile of operator (looks http://appldnld.appl...xxxx.ipcc)
3. download profile (ipcc file)
4. close itunes if it's opened , running
5. open terminal
6. put , execute following command: defaults write com.apple.itunes carrier-testing -bool true
7. close terminal
8. connect new ipad via cable
9. run itunes
10. press , hold option key while clicking "check update"
11. in dialog window point downloaded ipcc file (downloaded on step 3)
12. wait until synchronization completed.
13. disconnect ipad
14. reboot ipad
15. on ipad open settings > general > network >
16. switch on personal hotspot setting
17. personal hotspot should appear in settings , should function normally.
18. enjoy life!
