Portland "Mac Store" strange experience...

i took 2011 27" imac in portland mac store (not apple store) warranty service stopped booting. had week, according work order changed video card , logic board out under warranty. got , boots , works, theres big splotch of stuck pixels on lcd (about 3x3) wasn't there before. also, when opened swap hard drive, noticed "new" video card has broken connector on it. i'm bringing in today complain.

wtf? has else had experience this? <pointless speculation deleted> how else can of sudden crappy lcd when mine perfect? since thats internal circuitry can't imagine damaged when reassembling. video card changed?

maybe changed whole computer... remove hard drive, insert hard drive in other computer. if have written serial number somewhere, can compare them , see if scammed.
