Need to set up triple boot after BC

hi all,

i've done before, long ago can't remember did in windows things work properly.

have macbook pro 17" 2011, , have lion , windows 7 installed. want create third partition install mountain lion (i have dev account).

how do without:
a) reformatting drive (seems easy in disk utility);
b) destroying ability boot windows after i've messed partition table.

i did lion last year, can't remember did either.... haha

remember needing install refit though, , removing third partition when lion released pain in bum.
