contacted mobileme support 3 months ago , no resolution. had try same self service 3 times , told them each time problem , need reset password. goes engineers proceed ask several questions confirm when opened account, etc. after answering , waiting week response manually move email. told 'eric' person i've been working in had nothing password. apologized nfpgineering gave him response account!
asked eric managers contact info , informed me authosrized handle , resolve issues. told him don't care me managers contact info. of course each interaction takes 3-7 days response.
heck can do. @ point want push issue on principle.

you might try looking in keychain app (in applications/utilites) , see if can find mobileme password in there. if did not overwrite it, may still there.
