Keeping Folders/Files Organised

i have been mac user grand total of 2 months , continues bug me finder doesn't/hasn't been set organise files , folders automatically.

folders , files arranged neatly spacing , no gaps lot of time on place , have manually "arrange by" them type of order.

there anyway setting can changed finder automatically arrange new folders, files, extracted data etc?

 

view > sort > "snap grid"
