iPhone dock questions/issues

hey everybody, have iphone dock, , use iphone 4s, aux cable. i'm trying find out if can hook dock computer, , have audio play through headphones. current os windows 7.

 

sure. wire dock line in on computer. might need adjust mixer line in.

aux isn't type of cable though people tend call that. aux input. cable 3.5mm stereo audio cable.
