Absinthe is stuck at "Begining jailbreak"

so i've tried few times jailbreak at&t 4s iphone on windows 7 pc. each time absithe gets stuck @ "begining jailbreak, may take awhile" , doesn't seem it'll move past it.

i've left phone around 30-45 minutes no luck. have tried unblock program , run admin , under xp service pack 3 compatiblility. other thoughts or suggestions? i'd try , avoid restore...

 

what size phone have? jb uses backup method, if have lot of gigs...its going take lot of time.
