i saw amazon listing claiming old slimme fit new ipad. (mini rant: not pleased called new ipad, because really, screws google , other searching. gah!)
somehow doubt old melkco fits, right? love to. new bezel covering 1 isn't cup of tea.

have 2nd generation black walnut luardi disassembled , remade fit, after few days heat new ipad shrunk or something, , cracked lot. didn't have time beck trip try gluing it, there more mm gap! had fit after bunch of sanding etc, became tight before cracking.
i'd still use top regluing (again) new attachment system. @ point using hinge , apple smart on looks best, had liked protect also. wooden slats roll nicer angle leather smart cover. kind of miniot, guess. i'm considering new one, seems more interfere case new hinge?
make leather accessories involving neodymium magnets, smart cover hinge looks lot more simple incorporate walnut cover. anyway...
there neat x shaped protector m edge, 2. perhaps oven trick work, i'm not sure i'd feel interruption in form. nice leather shell better imo, not finding much. i'm picky , feel, i'm afraid of damaging ipad.

forgot, found ce last night sticky pad holding ipad. liked or without chopping use walnut cover, wonder how feels since cover's edge sticks out. unfortunately don't seem have saved. hardcover book extending. apple products nice without stuff on them...
