Locked iPhone 4s & Cincinnati Bell?

hi all,

have at&t locked iphone 4s , i'm trying unlock can run on cincinnati bell's network; i'm wondering if else has tried success. if so, method did use? i've seen lot of videos on youtube people able unlock iphone 4s's using t-mobile sim card, method doesn't work when follow directions , insert cincinnati bell sim card in place of t-mobile card. apologize if question has been asked or answered in other threads, i'm desperate , grateful can provide. in advance!

 

currently there no unlock iphone 4s.
carrier can use at&t, prepaid at&t , h2o works without unlock.
c.b. wont work. dont waste time on youtube videos, they're fake.
