Delayed SMS

hey guys, work in 3rd basement in hospital , cannot signal phone. sms texts during work , sometime 1 hour after signal. issue iphone or network (i'm fido). way fix that?

 

yeah it'd carrier, if texts being sent different network. contact carrier if doesn't resolve in few days.
