please help me import a movie to my iphone

long story short:

-took 2 min movie iphone 4s
-tried send through e-mail, apparently it's big
-imported movie onto windows , deleted iphone
-(still can't send through e-mail, that's topic)

now, want onto iphone cannot life of me figure out. can't drag iphone folders through windows reason. won't drag itunes, , there no import setting can see.

quicktime format movie , should in 2012 easy transfer iphone. please tell me do. thanks.

 

you're going have sync photos itunes on computer or you'll have use third party app import onto iphone
