Rental expiration messages won't go away.

hi guys , gals, rented movie couple weeks ago on iphone 4s through itunes never downloaded because didn't have enough free space on phone. it's expired keep getting constant messages telling me it's expired though 2 weeks ago. how rid of these constant prompts?
