New iPad2 problems

im having issue of app download on ipad goes iphone not vice versa. can turn off or set both ways (i've tried ipad , ipad/iphone apps)?

when use imessage on ipad have dell logo picture :/ anyway change this? don't own dell no more.

 

settings - store - select want automatically download (or not).

picture, check in contacts picture assigned , change it.
