Bless you!

so i'm non-religious. wouldn't go far call myself atheist, don't have religious beliefs. still, when sneeze, offended if doesn't "bless you", , same when sneezes. me it's totally separate religion.

had religious connotation when originated, possibly related bubonic plague when sneezing believed symptom. either way, originated because people didn't understand sneezing is, know causes sneezing it's not if term means anymore. it's courtesy, saying "excuse me" when burp.

think this? 'bless you', or variation, when sneezes?

sometimes "bless you" or "gesundheit". old girlfriend used "will bless me?" after sneezed if wasn't said.
