Why do I even bother with Apple?

ipad came through. straight away notice massive yellowing top of screen. went put screen protector on, , notice dust trapped under screen, appears glue stuck black bezel, wont come off without literally chiseling half screen off.

still havent decided on refund or exchange yet. once again, apple have let me down quality control.
