simpler way to sync photos to my iphone 3gs

i have jailbroken iphone 3gs, sync photos & images of artwork to, can show people.

had created iphoto library since there not seem simple way drag & drop images onto phone & have them arrange in order want, had go through iphoto it.

seems itunes app or way can sync content onto iphone.

part gets little bit of hassle have iphoto library images on 1 of external hard drives labeled main.

have external hard drive called music, keep itunes music library & ripped audio cds.

when ever connect iphone, & turn on "main" external hard drive containing iphoto library mac & try open itunes, sync iphone, itunes gives me message saying cannot locate it's library & gives me option of creating new 1 or locating 1 wants, or quit. itunes not let me go further iphoto library sync iphone.

end having connect & turn on "music" hard drive, though not need music itunes can locate itunes library, open & work iphone.

there way me open itunes & sync iphoto library iphone without having have music drive connected & turned on.

 

over 200 views, guess uses itunes, & 1 on here try different?
