Opinions on rotating case from ebay

hi.
im looking case ipad. ipad 2 , first case.
targus click-in expensive, have tried , ipad didn't seem safe when on stand(the cover folded) , honest don't want spend money on case.
looking online , saw these on ebay:

wondering if good. don't expect real leather of course know if durable, if rotation works good, if ipad fits on , how materials. basically, overall opinion on it. grey 1 ( second picture) better seem both same thing, different colors.
looked @ "show me case" thread in hopes see them there , saw few , details on not more. looking 1 rotates vertically , horizontally because of documents, can read them better think.
