can jailbreak software ios5.0.1??? unlocked. bought apple shop in uk

also, in past when have tried using same laptop itunes 2 different iphones, have had problems, laptop gets confused iphones , starts updating apps backed iphone 1 iphone 2. or starts deleting some. there way round this, let others use laptop iphone, backups etc
