locked out of our i phone

my partener has , phone 4, put pin lock on, last night changed pin code, morning decided change 1 had on it,.

have enter number in twice confirm have entered.

next time went use thew phone, said wrong password.

have tried several times , tried 1 changed too, getting locked out of periods of hour.

surely when registering number couldnt of made same mistake twice.

has happened anyone, fault in phone?

 

nope, it's not phones fault.
it's user.
