Lion install problem?

so friend upgraded imac leopard snow leopard , became insanely slow. couldn't on it. decided clean install of lion instead. erased hard drive, , booted cd. looked except taking forever. started last night around 10:30pm, , on install part. isn't frozen because progress bar change. said had 15min @ 11am , now(730) says 6 min. left. in world going on thing? should let continue thing? can provide.

 

don't forget check permissions , run error check. can slow down quite bit if there problem
