IOS 5.1 Safari does not prompt to save password

since have updated both iphone 4s , ipad 2 ios 5.1
autofill function not work anymore , safari not prompt save password longer.
tried different websites, same no-prompt result.

have autofill on
private browsing off
cleared cache, cookies, fill forms
tried hard reset (both home , power button 10 sec till apple logo)

beside singing full moon else can do?

both device not jailbroken
