Can't delete music after iCloud restore

hi all,
had icloud restore on iphone 4 (running ios 5.1) , ran frustrating issue cannot solve.

had 2 albums on phone had copied ex-coworker (i'll explain why relevant later). after doing icloud restore iphone tries put 2 albums onto phone, since purchased itunes. however, issue since purchased under apple id isn't mine, prompts me password, , don't have it.

now, there's no hard feelings between fellow (the coworker) , myself, weren't close begin with, , i'm thinking since doesn't work here anymore he's not going respond if message him on facebook , ask apple id password. bottom line, i'm not going able password apple id.

now, i'm happy buy albums myself itunes, don't care getting them back. issue cannot delete them! 2 albums appear in music app of songs grayed out. if try swipe delete, nothing happens. , more frustrating thing every single time copy new album onto phone, prompts me apple id password, , odd reason it's begun prompting me twice each album. means every time copy album phone, prompted password 4 times in row.

want know how tell iphone stop trying download these albums , erase grayed out songs music app. went itunes app > downloads > , deleted pending downloads there, show again few hours later , cycle of being prompted password begins on again.

i'm hoping here has solution because driving me crazy. in advance, , sorry post long, thorough in giving details.

im sure youve sorted problem out in case havent, have solution!
go settings on iphone , go down icloud, go icloud , scroll down until see 'stop restore', click on , "are sure because files not restored wont able backed again" (something jist) click stop , delete albums waiting downloaded!

had exact problem , came on page looking solution there no reply , pretty bummed out cos annoying me! when figured out had come here , reply in case hadnt figured out cos have hated still have popping time!
