Best anti-glare solution for MacBook Pro 15"

so i've had mac 2 years , learned live shiny screen if didn't love @ first. thing is, spend more , more time each day in front of screen working on projects, eyes have started complain , told reducing glare cold decrease of discomfort.

use anti-glare screen protector you'd recommend? pros and/or cons consider?
