What to do if I sell my Ipad2? Wipe data/Trsf warranty?

selling ipad 2 32gb wifi ready 3.

question is, how "wipe it" of data when sell it? going craigslist local sale. want them see works before sale.

also, have extended apple warranty want transfer new buyer.

i think there's reset option in settings that'll wipe everything.
