wait, I still have to have a modem to get internet?

i have airport extreme , got xfinity why xfinity not showing on networks? thought needed airport extreme , not pay comcast modem?

 

incorrect. modems required in order access internet. modem decodes incoming signal isp coaxial cable (or whatever) router/computer can use. encodes outgoing signals transmission.

how connecting airport extreme incoming signal line?
