using ipad2 as whiteboard in classroom?

at work place have dry erase boards, in way of projection screen used pretty often. wondering if ipad2 can used whiteboard speak, stylus instructors can write down stuff , not have move board out of way.

main concern how versatile apps task, there complicated problems , equation solving involved. possible write on page , open new page still have previous page saved? possible make annotations pdf documents? can @ graphs , write on them?

that's interesting 1 actually.

first, question: can't see why not. need app can take notes, stylus (plenty exist, you'd have try 1 see if it's enough), , either cable projector or apple tv , wireless mirroring displayed. no idea on apps suitable i'm sure others can advise - need show powerpoint or too?

next, got me thinking about: work in education sometimes. see lot of 'smart boards' - digital whiteboard. it's connected computer + projector, can use fake whiteboard pens draw on screen (they come in few colours!) they're good, can show pretty computer , add notes on top. can save board notes too, , give them students. cool stuff :)

cool though: 1 of things linked ipad wirelessly. walk around room, playing video or showing presentation on screen, going screen , drawing on top, walking somewhere else , continuing draw on ipad screen. great training!
