Question about iPhone battery


hi,

want clarify information. first on google said need charge brandnew iphone 7-8 hours first time before use. there debuts dont know should follow. here know answer, please kindly share.
 

when start using it. use till dead. charge(don't use during) that's it. think of millions of people have iphones , don't use them.
