O2 - new "On and On" contract replacing exisiting...

i got iphone 4s @ upgrade , signed 18 month 900 mins tariff, fine , well, pay £42 plus £5 500mb download. problem never use minutes need more data...

...3 days ago launched these tariffs...

means £47 pounds 'would' have got same minutes , texts 1gb of data. enquired if move down , said - no not until next 9 months complete, explained unfair new customers more data same price - been customer years etc...and moved me down £36 pounds allowing me pay £10 , £1gb same cost.

thought i'd give y'all heads up...

 

incidentally, bolt on 750mb month. not 500.
