MultiTouch Overlay

has here ever used multitouch overlay on imac? if so, 1 did use , how did accuracy compare iphone/ipad? i'm thinking getting 1 of these:

thoughts? possible use 1 of these stylus , enable computer disregard pressure side of hand?

 

do want control imac hand , arm in such uncomfortable position? wouldn't graphic tablet better tool, arm's sake?
maybe have @ this thread ergonomic concerns.
