hi, let me straight start, wish downgrade snow leopard. when lion released, saw cool features , improvements , pretty sure it' absolutely worth update. tried download app store failed internet , electricity both not reliable in country, asked refund , gave me money (apple's customer service proves world place). 2 months passed , became eager update , app store started prevent me downloading new apps such xcode 4...etc asked know outside country me usb thumbnail , got it. got excited , installed right away. note, mac mid 2010 macbook pro 15'' i'm owning more year not 1 freeze. anyway, when installed new os stunned new features , gestures, , other great things. noticed apps slow @ startup, , thought maybe because need upgrade them since changed os. after hour, mac "freezed" got panicked because mentioned didn't experience such thing before. waited 10 minutes hoping work mouse arrow isn't working. restarted mac pressing , holding power button made me worried mac. after screen freezed again after wakeup pixelated black screen , restarted mac same way. happened in first 2 hours of installing os. remembered new updates should available since got late. installed updates 10.7.2 , freezing issues persisted. send software/hardware feedback apple os , issues i'm facing. , luck, apple had noticed issues before , send after 3 days update mid 2010 macbook having freezing issues. updated , till i'm having same problems. freezing issues happening when:
1) opening app store.
2) viewing pdf's on preview in full screen.
3) switching between full-screened apps.
4) using pages new feature of seeing old versions of work.
5) opening youtube video , facebook , third web tab.
6) writing right now.
i'm getting frustrated new os , wish can downgrade snow leopard because working flawlessly , freezing issues. i'm reporting apple every single day every app crashing on computer hoping words.
there having same issues? i'm disappointed right now, im sure there future updates.

suggestion you: fresh install. use migration assistant user's data , install apps. enjoy.
did kept backup of previous snow leopard volume?
have 2 hdd: 1 lion , snow leopard.
late 2008 mbp, runs flawlessly.
