Jailbroken Iphone 4.2.1 restore without updating?

heres situation, tried reseting phone using menu. upon restart froze jailbroken skeleton logo. did research , followed procedures restore using itunes. itunes demands restore & update latest software. cant let happen need jailbreak. use gevey sim unlock t-mobile carrier. can done ?

not unless have shsh blobs. otherwise, you'll have update 5.1 , use tethered jailbreak until untethered 1 comes out.
