Iphone 4s lock screen weather

got iphone4s , it's awesome. wanted know if can tell me how weather app on lock screen. want one. tried apple app store, have awful 1 free doesn't work.

google , one's on cydia. don't want jailbreak phone.

jailbreaking way , if 4s running 5.1, there no jailbreak @ time.
