Can a case meet these specs?

so many of buying first ipad, or upgrading original, i've been researching cases trying find best meet needs. unfortunately, after lot of research, haven't found quite right, thought id turn guys see if know of meets i'm looking for. heres specs id -

1) front , protection.

2) smart cover-esque front protection. doesn't necessary have smart cover, type of style

3) protection shell, must kind of soft material on side touches ipad (unlike marware microshell folio plastic on both sides)

4) 3 height settings ideal (similar marware)

5) thin. don't want bulky. nice sleek case

6) comfortable hold

honestly, you're asking - plus sleek form factor - tall order. i'm on prowl same. whoever makes magical case money! took advantage of maroo's sale , ordered moko.
